Questions Every Metal Head Faces

Are you a Metal Head? 

Do you shake your head up and down while listening to your favorite band? Do you wear black and does your mobile wallpaper is a metal band?

These are few questions, but the list doesn't stop here. And if the answer to the above questions is yes, there are moments when you will be facing a lot of from people around you. People have their own perception regarding metal music. At very first, those don’t understand what metal music is all about, they have only one definition for metal, “Its noise and nothing.”

That’s the only thing you can expect from others. I have also been asked such stupid questions which made no sense though. Here I have mentioned some of them.

• -         What do you like in these songs?
• -         Why do you always remain so secluded?
• -         How do you listen to such noisy music? I can listen this.
• -         I feel like vomiting over your playlist. How have you managed with this?
• -         Why do you love black colour so much?
• -         Why do you shake your head when you listen to your music?
• -         Why do you dress up yourself gothic?
• -         Are metal bands satanic? Do they teach you violence?
• -         Do you have any psychological problem?
• -         Don’t you think the music you listen seems devilish?
• -         Why do the metal singers shout all the time?
• -         Are you depressed?
•            Why do they have long hairs and tattooed?
• -         Don’t you get headache?

These are just few questions. There are more such situations where you are almost left speechless when someone asks you about metal music.  But in reality, metal music is not close to anything mentioned above. It’s different and one needs a different temperament to understand and appreciate metal. If you are metal head, you should be proud of you my dear for being a metal head.
