How do you make your playlist?
Music is a regular dose. Especially for people who are
addicted, they find it really hard to spend a day without music. We all have
our own unique playlist which we make after a lot of efforts and a lot of song
listening. Some love rock while some are metalhead. Some listen to a particular
act while others have playlist overloaded with mixed charts. The music you
listen defines you. Sooner or later, the music which you listen becomes a part
of your lifestyle, a part of your personality and your attitude. From song playlist
to clothes, from posters to tattoos, you do everything to express your love for
your favourite music bands and singers. Similarly, you create your playlist. Some
people have playlist depending on the mood while others don’t wait for the mood.
From latest hits to classic numbers, people have their own
unique taste of music. There are many ways, on basis of which we make our song
playlist and that’s how we listen to our favourite songs. Sometimes people don’t
return to the songs for long which they listened once, while some put the songs
on repeat.
Does it depend on mood?
It does, most of the time actually. Majority of people, make
their playlist depending on their mood. If their mood is off, they would tend
to listen some light song. Songs influence your mood and change the behaviour aspects.
A person, who is heartbroken, would be listening sad songs. A person, who just
fell in love, would listen romantic tracks. There are inspirational songs, patriotic
songs which are listened at a particular moment. For example, if a sports team
wins a match, there will be songs relevant to that situation.
What are the songs you avoid?
Do you avoid few songs? Are there some songs in your
playlist which you tend to skip? I do have few. If you have them, then why do
you skip? We all have some songs which we skip. May be that particular song is connected
with some memory. Or may be that song is too sad and you don’t want to ruin
your mood after listening that song. There are several reasons.
Favourite Songs
Favourite songs hold a very special place in your playlist. They
are the most frequently played songs and you tend to listen them most of the time,
skipping other less relevant songs. These songs are in your recently played
list of your music phone’s music player. These are the songs you return to
again and again.
Your playlist is like your friend. You spend your memorable
time with them. Your playlist is something which stays with you all the time.
So, pick up your phone or iPod and make a playlist.
